Innocent World Oddment (2015) packs A and B

This week week IW posted their biannual Oddment packs, and we decided to give them a go. I purchased pack A and ihasadragon got pack B. We both placed our orders on April, 20th, paid on the 24th and got shipping confirmation on the 22nd. Then this morning at 9:30 my doorbell rang and a box big enough to ship myself in arrived. I.W. is probably one of the fastest places I've ever gotten products from. Aside from Ap USA (but I pick that up myself next day) Pack A is priced at 50,000yen  and B is priced at 80,000 yen these are pre tax prices, and tax in Japan recently went up form 5 to 8% (will be 10 in October) the current conversion being used by paypal is 116.5861 Japanese Yen per dollar.

Overall I was very pleased with my pack, not as in love with every item as last year though, I will be selling a few things off later on that just didn't suit me. I do feel that pack B gave you more bang for your buck.

ihasadragon: There are some items that I'm really happy with, however I did expect to like a larger percent of what I got, since I bought the larger box. Maybe next time. I also feel it was a better deal, especially if it had had items that suited me better.


ihasadragon also discovered that the majority of our items were from 2013 collections, and the items I got the year before were from 2012. We are going to start browsing 2014 in hopes of seeing what we might get next year.

What I got last year, in case you were curious, it is also a pack A, I do know that I got very lucky with it though.

Give AWAY!! Riri Woo for FREEEEEE - and tiny review

 Since I am lipstick obsessed I normally buy back ups for limited edition lipsticks. The reason being that I know that when I test it if I love it, by the time I get back around to the store it will be sold out. Then I'll cry and have to run around to 15 other stores or have my friends stalk their stores. So much unnecessary drama. The flip side of the coin is; sometimes I dislike the lipstick, but others might love it so I pop it in my kit or give it to a friend  Other times... I hate it, think it shouldn't live, and I return it. I try my best not to rerun LE items because most stores wont resell it. They have to toss it even if it's brand new and untouched.

So lucky you that stubbled upon this fairly new blog. I ordere 2 RIRI WOOS and I am not a fan

1- It is practically identical to Ruby Woo. The color isn't unique enough to be worth the struggle.
2-  The packaging isn't even special. The stick has her signature but it will fade as you use it. :(
3- OMG IT IS DRRRRYYY. When you put it on it pulls something horrible. My lips were preped and moisturized and it still was a pain.
4 - It's so dry that you have to dig into it to apply with a brush. I don't like putting reds straight on to my face because my skin is light and tends to stain. I use a lip brush for accuracy and it was just impossible to achieve more than a light stain.
5 - It dries you out so have that lip balm ready


I do love that once it is on the texture is velvety. Retro Matt is a great finish formula, but for some reason it was just bad on this particular product. The color is darling but again ruby woo is just very similar. It is very pigmented and has great color coverage though!

So here it goes! I'm using Rafflecopter since I've never given anything away so lets see how it goes. I also started reusing my Facebook so I added that to a way to earn points. Its pretty barren at the moment but keep a look out.

I got the Angelic Pretty set in Pink! I originally wanted black but they sold it online and didnt have it in store. I am really glad they didn't have it though because it pushed me to get the pink. I have so much black that having some pink is very refreshing and I'm sure it will be put to plenty of use.

I love it all but the best part is the boston bag! It has so many pockets and dividers, perfect for outings. I think everyone's biggest issue with brand purses is the fact that you can fit a lipgloss and a very small cell phone. Then you better pray your dress has pockets otherwise you'll have to stuff your money and cards in your top.

BONUS!! It also happened that they put out the re-stock of chess chocolate that day. I was extremely tempted to get the mint OP, but the gold just looked so much nicer on the dark chocolate. I love it to bits and I know I will use a skirt so much more that an incredibly formal OP. 

As a side note I was not a huge fan of this print or else I would have pre-ordered it. It was so much different in person, I totally fell in love once I actually had it in my hands.

Lucky packs Finally/ water mark.

So my water mark is finally done! however I uploaded my LP pictures before I added the mark, so I was too lazy to go back and re-do them. XD

So I got 3 AP Lucky packs this year, plus a little Russian rullett on the AP international site. A bunch of new stuff was put up so I clicked on everything I could, including the accessory lucky pack and checked out.  I had no idea what I got so it was like 4 lucky packs basically. Also the invoice only had a price, no item descriptions. So here are some picks of my 5 lucky packs :)

the big packs came in these bags that are giant!! like bigger than my torso. (a coat, jsk and blouse are in there) got 3 of these

they even have a zipper so you can use them as a travel bag

I didn't want to put the items on the floor so I put them on top of the wrappings. It was awesome that everything came individually packed in plastic for safety :)

one of my favorite items! I actually got two of these and am keeping both. It is massive. 

see how fluffy it is!! it is an amazing petty for being the "small" size

the second pack was basically doubles. I was hoping to get a different color since the smaller pack came in lavender and black as well. but of course I got a double dose of pink!
